Adamantoise popped early this morning and BBQ claimed and killed

Later in the day we finally got King Vinegarroon held until we arrived on the scene. We’ve been trying to set up a fight for this crazy oversized Serket type mob for a while now.

Damn that things big!


First attempt we got it down to 21% with 31 people.

Ok second attempt.






Well it was a good try. KV’s regen is a beast. This time we had 30 people and got it to 18%. At least we don’t have to waste time trying to get a decent strategy. We have the strategy and we will win next time. If we had 1 more melee we would have killed. After this KV depopped.

Aspi Sunken AGAIN!!!!! BBQ took down Aspidochelone 30 minutes before the version update.

We attempted our first Bahamut #2 today. With the d/c of 2 key party members we had some trouble.

Enjoying the scenary before all hell breaks loose.


Jormungand! It’s ironic he spawned first. Jorm has always given us the most problems and he just happened to blizzaga right off the start. We got Jorm down to 60%.


We got Bahamut down to 79% before Jorm wiped us. We will rethink our strategy and win next time.

After Bahamut #2 we did Ultima for a win. Ultima dropped Head and Hands.

An interesting day for BBQ indeed. TK claimed tiamat with a few members and wiped very early this morning. BBQ had to hold tiamat until enough members gathered. The fight was a very long one. After a wipe at 1%. We trounced the beast yet again.

Next up another Bahamut #1 run for tomorrow’s Bahamut #2 attempt. During the gather together we claimed Adamantoise.

Today we took down the Arch Angels BCNM for some earrings, this finished up 90% of BBQ’s members, old and new. Very smooth, clean and fun fight.

Afterwards we finished up all of Zilart so we can move on to Apocalypse Nigh.

We also claimed Behemoth which dropped only a thundercloud.

Nidhogg = BBQ!! You know what that means a new BBQ record, all 3 kings down in the same week. It was a long fight with many many hurricane wings but we pulled through. Congratulations Elfas on Ebody!!!!!

Today Nidhogg = taking a break. -.- Was good anyway because TK claimed Fafnir. After Fafnir we sent a small group to kill Adamantoise while we prepared for limbus. We did Limbus SE for a win and we’re saving Omega for another day. After limbus we claimed King Behemoth.
