BBQ has been losing claims on a lot of stuff but we’re very positive about our linkshell and we never give up. A great example of this happened this morning at Tiamat, which popped early today during JP prime time. BBQ managed to get a 20 person team up and engage Tiamat. Fight was long and hard but fun as always. At the end we had 32 people total but those first 20 people got Tiamat down to 40%. Congratulations BBQ SKILL!. Wyrm Horn and Adaman Ingnot dropped.

We paid Xolotl a visit today in hopes of some kote action. Didn’t drop but it’s always a fun fight.

After Xolotl we headed to Temonos 3rd floor for a win.

Was really smooth fight until…

Astral Flow orz.>< But we won and now we have an ultima set ready!

It’s been a long week for BBQ. Been slacking a little cause Mega Boss Donnie was on “Vication” (vacation). But we did a Kirin today. Dropped Nbody.

Today was a really slow day for BBQ :(. Aspi and Nid popped but LB claimed both. So we went to sky. Got a despot.

Never fight Despot with only 1 PLD/WHM to tank lol. We still killed it though lol. Very fun fight.

Sunday, May 21st, 2006

A big day for BBQ for the most part, we started off with our usual Sunday jailer run. We did a Jailer of Justice.

Grats to Terry for the Justice Sword. Also nabbed a Virtue from him as well. Thenwe fought a Jailer of Prudence who also dropped a Virtue and a weapon.

Moving on to our Tiamat event. Resurrection claims and wipes @ 50%, then Unsent claims Calls for help wipes, Res claims again and calls for help after laughing at Unsent for the same thing and wipes. Finally Unsent claims again and gives up. BBQ steps up to the plate and shows everyone how it’s done.



No gaiters for j0!” says Tiamat only dropping a dragon heart but at least it was a very smooth and fast fight. During the fight Frozenx had an interesting little conversation with a gil seller.

Afterwards we split into 2 groups and did Limbus Temonos North and west both for easy wins.

Sky today early morning. We did some genbu without a THF and we got both money items. I don’t understand.

On our second Byakko we used PLD’s for a change. PLD owns NIN at Byakko now!

Grats to Donnie on D.legs and Frozenx on free Byakko’s Axe even though it’s terrible lol.

Moving right along to Kings. KB was first on the list. We left some people at Behemoths Dominion and headed for Fafnir which was up when we got there :). Free Fafnirs are always good

Since we used NIN’s for this Fafnir I thought this was interesting. I’m gonna have to try to tank Fafnir as NIN more often. =P


Battle was really easy though we did have 1 death due to the fact we got Hurricane Winged 4 times in a row. But then we got the drops.

Grats to Celestria on A.feet!. And a Big congratulations to Darkwind on Ridill.

So we went back to KB after we killed Fafnir but LB claimed I think this was still a pretty decent day for BBQ.

Friday, May 19th, 2006

A few more people still need their rostrum pumps so today we decided to try and finish them off. We did 2 hours of pumps and got Ukkie, Eikan, Kamodobon, Lantus, and Tyseng theirs. Congratulations peeps!

Afterwards there was a server maintenance. So we camped the kings again. We lost Behemoth to RMT -.- We were on our way to hold King Vinegaroon but it despawned as Elproximo was running to voke it. ><

And grats to Zim on his Assault Jerkin!

Thursday, May 18th, 2006

It was our fun loving Adamantoise today. Grim, Wullawulla, Elproximo, and Starfox quadroed him today, then afterwards had an orgy together Ask Wullawulla for pics.

Also after a long wait we finally managed a claim on Ullikummi. A lot of member in BBQ need Byakko’s Haidate and hopefully we’ll be lucky and it will drop.

Lastly some bad news, Cerberus popped but TK claimed and took 3 hours to wipe. We randomed with the other LS’s there even though we were the only LS ready at the time of claim and we rolled the highest. Bad news is that we rushed things a little much and there was miscommunication between everyone and we wiped fast.

I guess no one likes poor Adamantoise, because he was sitting up all alone waiting for someone to kill him. ;; Anyway Lillath, Pusher, Xzander, Terry, and Wullwulla killed Adamantoise today. Drops sucked but they always do =P

After Adamantoise we went to Limbus Temenos-West and we got a few af+1 materials.

Congratulations to Terry and Galoot on BRD materials and Terry and Sil80 on SMN materials. Total we got 2 BRD and 3 SMN synthesis materials and 1 RDM.

Nice hit Toder even missing sneak attack it still knocked that bitch in the face.

Tuesday, May 16th, 2006

Today we camped Aspidochelone. Terry claimed with charmed against 30+ LB members. Somehow he pulled it with no adds at all lol. It was pretty amazing and a nice victory after the past week of not being able to claim anything.

The fight went very very smooth, everyone did their job and we brought the little turtle down to it’s shell.

Drops were ok. We got the rare M.feet drop as well Congratulations to Vivimarie for D.feet and Versailles for M.feet and Angelees for Adamantoise Egg!

Monday, May 15th, 2006

Today there was maitenance, so we camped kings after. LB ended up getting Fafnir. But we got Adamantoise, Terry claimed it and he and Donnie dou’d. Adamantoise is such a joke. It dropped 2 adaman ore like usual.

I guess Donnie had one to many beers to celebrate his awesome tanking skill on little old Adamantoise because he disturbed the LS and when questioned he had this to say.

In other news we did BBQ besieged yet again lol. Was kind of interesting but the highlight of the event was Frozenx getting hit for 10,960 damage..
