Jailer of love should be renamed to Jailer Of Loot as our 2 JoL’s put out. Sadly 2 AV’s wasted due to SE’s inability to give us a real tip to kill one of the most elusive NM’s in the game.

AV (Absolute Virtue… not Adult Video sorry) - 09/15/08
Congratulations to TK, LB and BBQ on going 18/21 on Absolute Virtue! The 3 famous Odin server HNMls’s decided to team up on that faithful weekend to take advantage of SE’s decision to lower AV’s HP after some bad press got out that AV was SUPPOSED to be an 18 hour fight and people around the globe were puking, shaking, sweating uncontrollably trying to finish the fight. The screenshot above is from one of the better drops from AV, many others were similar. Of course SE heightened AV’s souleater resistance because it’s not the way it’s supposed to be defeated, and now things are like the way they always were before that weekend when everyone was busting their brains to figure out the riddle that is Absolute Virtue.

The lame in the game falls mainly on other planes (by jove I think we’ve got it!)
Theory after theory, trial after trial, slaughter after slaughter, AV attempts always seemed to end up like this…….
But now thanks to the power of……..[Undisclosed Strategy] you too can have an AV that ends up like this!
What? No that isn’t one big dead sea flower that is one big dead….
Of course this big friendly deadly deadly angel thing couldn’t have been put down nearly as well as he was without the cooperation of Odin’s 3 most rad linkshells, members of TK, LB, and BBQ teamed up to show this thing the awesome power of [Undisclosed Strategy] over and over again until our pockets were bursting with treasure and our bowels were bursting with hot gooey laughter!
After all this time not only is this ornery mule farmer finally starting to get put into his place, but amazingly HIS EFFING TREASURE ACTUALLY DROPS! I gasp with shock! *GASP*
Congratulations to LB, TK, and BBQ on their respective loots, and whichever members they decide to bestow it upon! (Spleen, Spleen Spleen Spleen Spleen, hi Donnie.) And Congratulations to Awsomeland on the first AV kill on Odin…..in a while!
