Odin Chamber
Odin (IPA: /ˈoʊdɪn/ from Old Norse Óðinn), is considered the chief god in Norse paganism. Homologous with the Anglo-Saxon Wōden and the Old High German Wotan, it is descended from Proto-Germanic *Wōđinaz or *Wōđanaz. The name Odin is generally accepted as the modern translation; although, in some cases, older translations of his name may be used or preferred. His name is related to óðr, meaning “fury, excitation”, besides “mind”, or “poetry”. His role, like many of the Norse gods, is complex. He is associated with wisdom, war, battle, and death, and also magic, poetry, prophecy, victory, and the hunt.

The most Elite of Einherjar - 01/31/09
Usuaully we only have 20-24 members for Odin resulting in heart stopping, intense battles just squeaking out victories. But today we had 32 members and put on a clinic having [;enty of time minutes leftover in the end, also we even had valkyries spawn at 20% forcing us to kill them. Good job and congratulations to Iceblazek on A.body, Seif on Hofud and Atlantir on H.legs!

Odin’s Chamber - 11/29/08
We defeated Odin with 22 people, again. Another intense battle cutting close to the 30 minute limit but managed to fell the giant with minutes left. Drops were D.feet, P.feet, Valhalla helm and A.body. Congratulations goes to Nixx on A.body and myself on Valhalla helm!!!!!

Sex, drugs, and rock ‘n roll.
None of these stereotypically rad things happened today, but we did kill an already dead god knight guy on the internet!
Odin came out, waving his E.body abjuration around and taunting us, proclaiming that if he were defeated he would give us the much sought after item. Our vast horde of Rangers and fat guys in kilts took the arrogant rider down in…….some amount of time. As the wounded knight lay dying, taking in his last breaths, the heroic Zangetsu approached him to take his sack of abjurations only to get…..BAM! The old fork in the eye! Odin then used this distraction to escape with the e.bodies but he did drop several w.bodies in his rush to vacate without voiding his bowels.
Best of all, Zangetsu being the crafty and resourceful guy that he is, pried the distractionary fork from his eye and decreed it to be his trophy to use in upcoming battles!

Oh, Odin and Ouryu~ - 10/18/08
I wasn’t at Odin due to an emergency so I really shouldn’t be reporting on this, but I heard we had 30+ and the fight couldn’t have gone more efficient. Congratulations to Darkwind on W.Body and Johndoe on Valhalla helm! (art by Yoshitaka Amano)
Not much to say about this routine wyrm, all five fights went according to plan at the expense of some of our Japanese member’s sleep, sumimasen /bow. Five Ouryu means five Bahamut v2.0s!

Odin - 09/27/08
Congratulations to Trebla, Hoodini and Butcher! By far the most intense Odin to date, defeated him with 21 people and had troubles midway through at 50% but came back in the end!

So for starters we did Einherjar and won KAKOW
Blaize and Zel were so excited they couldn’t contain their river-dancing nature, good job you Michael Flatley wannabes!

This is some Einherjar group picture, only worth looking at because of the awesome warrior-cat in it, the rest are kinda mundane and forgetable.
And finally, this is the Taru that all other taru should strive to be like, the taru in our LS need to bust their tiny buns and fast to be this cute amirite?
